This is our second time at the Miragem but our first as a family with a one year old. We were blown away but how easy being at the Miragem made it. The cot for the room was a proper cot and mattress and not a travel cot which our son would normally hate so he slept as well as at home. The buffet breakfast had lots of options for him. The indoor family pool and play/soft play area were incredible to give him a break from the sun. Both management and staff were so attentive offering to make special food as needed, open up the soft play early and even to bring toys to our room if needed. All of this on top of the incredible spa, pool area and bar that we knew we were guaranteed from our first stay. We have blown away and already planning our third stay....

We totally enjoyed our stay here. The staff is welcoming and wants to help you with any questions you may have. Our room was well located, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast choices are amazing. Nice place to enjoy the view out on the huge patio. Also, the hotel has a very nice lobby. We enjoyed the spa area. The outdoor pool looked inviting but was a bit too cool for us. It was October. It was about a twelve-minute walk to the center of town. We like that! You could either walk along the sidewalk or cross the street and walk along the beach where here are several nice restaurants to enjoy. We also dined at the restaurant in the hotel one night which was also very good.

The rooms were large and well air conditioned. Great view of pool and sea. So quiet at night. Housekeeping attended at least once a day to tidy and replenish towels, bottled water etc (loved the little buns left each day) The breakfast was outstanding, all tasty and plentiful right up until it finished at 10.30 and we were a family of 5 and always got a table outside. The pool area was fab, my daughters loved the beanbags and always sunloungers available for 5 of us each day. Lovely fresh towels. There’s a good, large supermarket 10 min walk away.

This hotel is truly a 'gem'. Bar is beautiful with many seating choices (including outdoors around a large pool). Included breakfast is expansive and delicious. Lobby is gorgeous and huge. We were there in December, and their Christmas decor was spectacular and everywhere. A luxurious dining room featured gingerbread houses unlike any we've seen before. Valet parking was an exceptional experience. Oh, and the ocean is across the street. We enjoyed it from our large balcony (7th floor).

Hotel is very spacious. View from room was excellent. Room was very well laid out and was spacious too. Hotel in a very good part of Cascais/Estoril. Breakfast was very good and the staff at reception, breakfast and the bar were very helpful and attentive! The staff will not disappoint you! This Hotel is a Gem and deserves its name. The restaurant is probably the best in the area of Cascais and Estoril. It was my fiftieth birthday and they sent a lovely cake and champagne to my room.
